Since 2002, the ‘see me’ campaign has been working across Scotland to tackle the stigma and discrimination around mental ill health. We have worked hard to improve public attitudes but we need your help to find out how much progress we have made.

By taking a few minutes to complete the questionnaire within the next few days you will make a real contribution to the ‘see me’ campaign to stop the stigma of mental ill health.

Anyone who has had mental ill health/mental illness. We will be carrying out our first ever national carers survey in the summer of 2009, so look out for that too!
