Action Around Scotland

'See me' is the national campaign, however we recognise that we are just one part of the anti-stigma action in Scotland. Changing attitudes and behaviour will need a concerted, long-term effort. This needs to happen not just at a national level but importantly needs to address people in their local areas and target local communities.

As we make contact and build relationships with individual and groups across Scotland we have become aware of the range of local anti-stigma action and awareness raising activity around mental health. You have told us that it is important for activists to be able to share their information with others. This section of the website offers you the opportunity to do just that - to share information, ideas and inspiration and to put you in contact with other like minded people across Scotland. In addition your information will help provide 'see me' with an overview of what is going on throughout the country and give us ideas of how we can best support action around Scotland.

So go on….tell us what you're up to!
