Breathing Space

Breathing Space is a free and confidential phoneline service for any individual, who is experiencing low mood or depression, or who is unusually worried and in need of someone to talk to. Lines are open 6pm – 2am each day and 24hrs at weekends.

ChildLine provides confidential advice and support to children and young people using their free telephone service. The organisation also publishes fact sheets online through their comprehensive website.

ParentLine Plus Scotland

ParentLine Scotland is the free, confidential, telephone helpline for anyone caring for a child in Scotland. You can call about any problem, however big or small. They also run the Bluebell at ParentLine Scotland service (0800 345 7457), which provides support on postnatal depression.
